Marilyn Hood: As a mediator and conflict management coach, Marilyn provides mediation services in the Fort McMurray area for families, workplaces, individuals, and organizations. She also works with individuals and groups to facilitate decision making and to reduce conflict. She is a professionally trained and qualified mediator and a member in good standing of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta (ADRIA) as well as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (ADRIC). Membership in ADRIA and ADRIC is granted only to individuals who possess the training and qualifications required to provide mediation services.

Prior to entering the world of conflict management, Marilyn worked in leadership roles in strategic communications, planning, and change management for 30 years. Marilyn’s diverse background and experience enable her to quickly assess and understand issues, which contributes to productive, efficient and positive mediation outcomes for clients.
